About Your Host...

Cleve Loveland: Raised in Orlando, Cleve worked for Winn Dixie supermarkets and soon became the youngest manager in the state of Florida. He found his calling with his first sales position working for Eagle Products and quickly earned the #1 salesman spot for the Southeast.

Cleve was ready to move onto something more challenging in the sales field and he became a full time real estate salesman.

Cleve joined his mother, Janet Loveland, at Loveland Properties Incorporated in 1990. His knowledge of all aspects of residential sales from resale homes to relocation to construction has earned him "The Platinum Club Award".

Cleve Loveland has a thorough understanding of the local financial and Real Estate markets together with the expertise needed to meet the many challenges involved in each and every residential transaction.
