    Yes he is drunk. It may be left over from the night before but he is definitely slurred up acting weird. Of coarse no GOP members want to go along with a totally useless bill that will cause harm to the public, not do any good, is a farce, a misnomer and illusory and that doesn't deal with any of the real issues behind healthcare cost escalation.
