Milk-a-What???
Lindsay Lohan is feuding with the E-Trade babies.
The actress has filed a $100 million lawsuit claiming a television ad for the Wall Street firm that aired during the Super Bowl and Olympics was modeled after her.
Talking babies in the ad engage in chatter that refers to "milkaholic Lindsay." The 23-year-old actress has famously sought substance abuse treatment.
Lohan's name was never mentioned. But her New York lawyer contends that "Lindsay" is an equally recognizable moniker for her client -- like that of Oprah or Madonna.
Lohan's legal team is seeking an injunction to stop future airings.
An E-Trade spokeswoman is declining to comment.

What others are saying
- she must be boredI guess it must be really really slow in the casting world...or she keeps losing the roles to better women. So of course, a lawsuit will have to do until she gets "picked up" again.
There's at least 17 other celebrities that also are named Lindsay...I guess they should also come forth and sue?
This has got to be the stupidest lawsuit next to the few "my coffee was too hot" lawsuits that have been going around. - HogwashJust another attorney trying to make the news and big bucks. The ad could have used another name and it would get the same results. Will all Lindsay's step forward and if the case goes to trial, they should get a cut of the reward. This is just another example of the laws gown wild.
