"To be quite honest, I don't understand why he is actually being subpeoned in the case, since he can add really nothing to assist in Ms. Gonzalez's claim or rebut it," muses Thomas Luka attorney for Lee Anthony (pictured).

Luka adds that his client's story has been the same all along. "Although he did know, or thought, that his sister employed a babysitter-nanny from time to time, he never met the babysitter-nanny nor did he ever, as far as he knows, hear her referred to by name."

The first time Lee heard Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, says Luka, it was when Casey was accusing her of stealing then-missing 2-year-old Caylee. Casey said Gonzalez lived at Sawgrass Apartments. Now, the only woman with both that name and an affiliation with those apartments is asking the Anthonys to testify in her defamation suit against Casey.

Luka says he understands what Gonzalez thinks she might get out of statements from the Anthony family. "Ms. Anthony may have told either her brother or her family that Caylee was with this particular Zenaida Gonzalez," he states. "Whether that's true or not, they will have to obviously prove in court."

George and Cindy Anthony will be deposed on February 26th, while Lee's deposition is scheduled for the next day.
