Casey Anthony lawyer calls Orlando "unbearable"
Casey Anthony's defense attorneys appeared this morning on NBC's Today Show Jose Baez said that he wants to move Anthony's trial to "another location".
Baez complained about all the publicity the case has been getting. "It's an unbearable place to try and try this case. It would be futile. But if we go to another location, I don't want that disclosed, quite frankly, because I don't want what's going on in Orlando to happen in another location."
Baez and attorney Linda Kenney Baden also compared their client with the lead character from the popular 1960s TV show, The Fugitive. "The person who seemed to be so guilty that the locals have made this person so guilty," Baden said. "He was so hated and he ran from the law and it turns out he was innocent. In this case, we believe our client is innocent."
Casey Anthony is charged with murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee Marie, and is being held without bail at the Orange County Jail. Caylee's remains were found close to the home the toddler shared with her mother and grandparents.

- comparison to the Fugitivethe difference between CA and the Fugitive is that he didnt do searches on ways to committ murder prior to his wife being murdered - and he didnt go out partying after she was killed. Hmmmmm...pretty shallow comparison - but then again what are you going to say when you're grasping at straws. BTW - I live in RI and I know as much as anyone else about this - she has made a public spectacular out of herself and appears to enjoy it - she wANTS everyone in the world sucked into her little creepy world and these guys continue to expand on her desires. She already had last summer sitting at her parent's house when she should have been in a cold dark cell. I wish she had no trial at all, just life in solitary confinement.

- inocent till proven guiltyI wonder if Nancy Grace or any of the rest of you believing Casey guilty are going to send her and the family notes expressing your sorrow for falsely convicting her in the media once you learn that her finger print is not on the duct tape.......if it were then the police would have leaked that info by now. It will be real interesting if they find a gonzalez finger print or meter reader print. Orlando could be bankrupt soon after George files against the town for unnecessary harrassment and Casey for being held in jail under false charges. Remember that anyone found dead is usually found with items of clothing from their house, unless found nude. Caylee was last seen with her backpack which likely contained the toys and blanket she was found with. Interesting that they do not seem to have found the backpack.

What type of mother doesn't report her child missing after 30 days, and then lie upon lie to cover her own tracks and point fingers to an inocent person as Zenaida... I myself cannot wait till they find her guilty in the court of law. I'm sure the prosecutors are holding back information in this case such as finger prints etc, to nail her at the end.....

- scumbagsThere is NO way in hell I believe that Linda Kenney-Baden believes Casey is innocent - NO WAY. Baez and Baden are both scumbags - how can they live with themselves defending people like Casey Anthony? I know everyone deserves legal advise but when it is so obvious someone is guilty - why try to dupe people into believing they're innocent.
If they had any morals or ethics, they would try to get a plea deal which would allow Casey to one day be free again. I am SO glad they're not going that route but to me - that is TERRIBLE legal advice. She WILL be convicted and get LWOP - if they allow this to go to trial. I wonder if they're telling Casey and her parents that they can probably get her off of the charges..?
Baez / Baden- wise up! Talk to the DAs office.. Try to work out a plea deal.
