New court documents in Casey Anthony case
Attorneys for Casey Anthony continue to push for the phone records of her former friends and the meter reader who discovered Caylee Anthony's remains.
Jose Baez balked at the notion that former boyfriend Jesse Grund's privacy was being invaded.
He called that assertion "disingenuous" in that Grund has appeared numerous times on national TV.
He also said that statements by Roy Kronk - the man who found Caylee's remains - are "layered with inconsistencies."
Baez narrowed his request for the records of Kronk, Grund, and Casey's former best friend Amy Huizinga in response to motions that they were too broad.
His latest motion asks for the following records:
Kronk: June 2008 - Present
Grund: March 2008 - February 2009
Huizinga: March 2008 - February 2009
Baez says with the death penalty in play the defense needs access to a greater range of evidence and is demanding a judge order phone companies to provide it.

- WKMG filed a motion opposing the defense's request to seal the jailhouse video taken of Casey Anthony as she saw news coverage that a child's remains had been found near her parent's home.
- Attorneys for Dominic Casey - a private investigator who previously worked for both Casey's parents and her defense team - filed a motion to keep his phone records from being released to the defense. P.I. Casey says the request is too broad and some of the records qualify as privileged.
- Dr. Andrea Lyon has filed all the necessary paperwork to officially become part of Casey Anthony's defense team.

- Accident with CayleeI don't believe for a second it was an accident- Caylee was killed intentionally or had something on or in her body Casey knew would send her to jail. Casey has done a lot of stupid things but she knew when Caylee died an autopsy would be completed and she would fry. I feel for all of the innocent lives Casey has ruined, all the money they have had to spend for lawyers, etc. She is one self serving cold hearted witch. Even IF she were to get out of this (for whatever reason) her life is over, the only people that would associate themselves with her after this is low lying scum. She is and will get what she deserves for killing an innocent defenseless child.
Cindy and George still have Dominic Casey's site up as a link on their scam foundation website and Dominic still has Casey's case on his so the family did not have a falling out with him. On the other hand the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is no longer a link on the foundation's website which is great news. This type of organization should not have parents of this psycho affiliated with them. I would imagine the organization told the Anthony's to take the link off their site just as Ronald Cummings told them he wanted nothing to do with them. The doors will close for George and Cindy, they will have to find another way to try and scam the public. - Phone recordsThis is all so dumb! Why would Bozo need all of the phone records when the Nanny supposedley did it anyhow! Ridiculous.

I for one am so tired of Baezs whining I could scream. I just pray that something that does certainly put her right in the hotseat comes from those records and his stupid tactics are blown out of the water. The new attorney will of course have to have her time to look over all the evidence and the records so here goes another delay in action. By the time this goes to court, none of us who are over forty will know a thing about it. The judge will be too old to sit on the bench and Casey will be gray haired and wrinkled as well as Baez will have lost his virilty so she is up the creek there too. At least George and Cindy won't be around anymore either so maybe that part will cease for whomever remains here to even notice that there was a trial.

- I think Baez should be trying to get the truth out of his client that trying to put blame on these others.Jesse Grund has the right to make tv appearances, at least with him, there is always emotion when speaking about Caylee. And emotion is something I have yet to see with his client. With Roy, the only thing that I think about is why did he not just go to the police station and demand someone to go there when he thought he thought he saw something.Maybe there would not have been 2 more phone calls. Baez wants to keep the video from being released about Casey when she found out that remains were found, but he wants to get the phone records released. Maybe the only one he has a right to the phone records is Dominic Casey because he was working for the Anthony's. I think he needs to stop trying to put the blame on everyone else and look to the person who last saw Caylee and thats her mother.

Look at Casey and Cindy .Poor Mr. Cronk, He did nothing but report to police what Mr Casey should have done and what Mr Baez didn't want him to do if he found remains of precious Caylee. Poor Jesse Grund, He has already gone through enough with Casey. All these people who have nothing seems to be getting tthe "finger" poked at them, with hopes of letting this unfit "mother" get away with murder. The only consistencies Casey has is her lies and a mother who always made threats but was not consistent in following through with making Casey take responsibility for her actions. I hope the jury isn't made up of people like Cindy and George and Lee,if so... Casey will have gotten away with murdering a defenseless little girl.
- anthony caseI will never be able to get past the fact that she didn't report her daughter missing for a month. Add to that the fact that the stories she tells about the "kidnapping" have been proven to be outright lies, along with most of the things the young woman says.
I do believe that she is guilty-I'm sure we'll never hear the truth-but I am hoping that at least It was an accident. Although most parents or caregivers would call 911 If an accident occured
