12 wounded in party shooting
MIAMI -- Police say 12 people were shot when up to three gunmen stormed a Miami house party and opened fire.
Police spokesman Det. William Moreno said three of the wounded were hospitalized in critical condition from the shooting early Monday morning. Another person fleeing the home was struck by a vehicle.
Moreno said up to three men wearing all black stormed the gathering and opened fire with automatic weapons. The incident happened around 12:45 a.m in Miami's Overtown neighborhood.
Police are searching for the suspects. Police were investigating the motive.
