With 180 cases so far, Orange County announced it's first confirmed Swine Flu death Tuesday, the third so far in Central Florida.

The 19 year-old woman was from Pennsylvania, and was already showing signs when she was hospitalized at Florida Hospital. Dain Weister with the Orange County Health Department says that doesn't mean swine flu is to blame.

"At this point, we don't know if this was the actual cause of death," Weister said.

Orange County Health Department director Dr. Kevin Sherin says just because you haven't been hearing much about swine flu lately doesn't mean it's gone away.

"The swine flu - the H1N1 influenza - is everywhere, it's global, it's spreading," he said.

Dr. Sherin says by the time the next flu season rolls around this fall, you can expect to hear much more about swine flu. The good news, they expect a widely available vaccine by then.
