PHOTOS: Polk detectives uncover underground pot grow room
Narcotics detectives in Polk County have uncovered a marijuana grow house in north Lakeland.

Deputies say the suspect was growing 22 plants in a hidden room underneath a barn.(See photos)
Detectives were alerted to the house after an electrician reported an illegal hookup that could be used to power lights used to grow the drugs.
38-year-old Elier Nieves was arrested and charged for the plants and stealing electricity.
