SKYE GRAYSON: Give my dad $52 for his birthday
Democratic Congressman Alan Grayson's oldest child has a wish for her father's birthday: that you give money to his re-election campaign.
An email from the Committee to elect Alan Grayson reads in part:
Dear Friend,
March 13th is my dad Alan Grayson's 52nd birthday. If you appreciate all he's doing to stand up for all of us, I encourage you to give a gift of $52 to his campaign.
This week, Dad called for a vote on the public option. He introduced a super-simple four-page bill to let all Americans buy into Medicare.
The email is signed by Skye Grayson, the congressman's 13 year old daughter.
It follows another oddity from the Grayson campaign last week in which it claims it's poll found Florida Republican voters would choose Grayson over any of their party's candidates. The poll said Grayson had 27.8 percent of the GOP vote.

This is what one might call pathological parenthood. The man has no shame and will do absolutely anything, say anything to get reelected. To this extent, he is no different than any other career politician. We need to vote them ALL out of office. Grayson is a poster boy for everything that is wrong with American politics. This Obama-loving left-wing radical must never be reelected to any public office, ever. He cannot be trusted.
- Medicare Buy-In is a ludicrous solution.I will leave Al's daughter out of this discussion, even if he won't. I'll tackle the whole Medicare buy-in proposal. The Congressional Budget Office estimated the annual cost for one person to purchase Medicare with drug coverage at $7,600.00. Multiply this for a family of 4 and you get $30,400! Sounds like something most of us can afford, huh! Great plan Al! I'm sure your future opponent, Patricia Sullivan, will not float such ridiculous legislation when she takes office in 2010!

- Misusing family?This really takes the cake. Dis-Grayson's own messiah, Maobama, pleaded with the media to not involve his children during the campaign (which did not stop the media slamming Palin's family, but we know how even handed they are). And so this ex-funny farm resident stoops to yet an even lower level by using his own children in his fund raising. Well I say, that opens then field for what ever gets thrown at you Al-boyo, or at your family. Don't start crying when the stinky stuff starts hitting the fan.
Time for a real citizen representative, roll on November. - How Low Can He GoI thought Grayson couldn’t stoop any lower, but to have his 13-year-old daughter solicit money for his campaign is even lower than what I thought he was capable of. But I guess after seeing and hearing what he has said and done over the last 18 months, I shouldn’t be surprised at this latest fund raising gimmick. He is a politician without the ability to separate what is morally acceptable and what is not. This is just another example of why we need someone in Congress that has the moral integrity that Grayson doesn’t seem to have…someone like Patricia Sullivan.

Getting the media to solicit campaign directly is NOT what I would call a very prudent way to campaign. This dolt needs to forget campaigning and have a going out of business sale. Al's phantom statistics have made a come back, just in another form. Last time they were about health care, they were proven to be a lie, now they're in the form of a poll that is equally unbelievable. His use of his daughter is below contempt but is a good barometer of his desperation. Whats he going to do when he has to face Conservative Republican Patricia Sullivan in the General Election? When he comes face to face with a person who possesses true moral and professional courage like Patricia Sullivan it's "Good bye Al".
