City council gets earful over Maitland library

The Maitland City Council got an earful from the public Monday evening during a discussion on the city's library.  Councilman Phil Bonus had previously authored a letter to other councilors calling for the library's budget be slashed by $150,000 next year and be defunded completely by 2013.
