COLUMBUS, Ohio -- An Ohio judge will hear arguments from a Christian convert who says a reunion with her Muslim parents is impossible before the girl's 18th birthday next week. The attorney who fought for teen runaway Rifqa Bary says her case in Ohio will take on a different complexion and his allegations against a mosque there may never be heard.
The state Thursday released a recording of the August 24 nterview with 17-year-old Ohio runaway Rifqa Bary after she surfaced in Orlando.
Rifqa Bary, a teenage runaway who converted from Islam to Christianity, is going back to Ohio.
There, a family court will decide whether she has to return to live in her parent's home in a suburb of Columbus.
