Search underway for missing 2 year old Caylee Marie

An Orange County woman is being held without bond while authorities search for her two year old daughter.

Orange County Detective Sgt. John Allen says their main focus is finding the missing girl, and in looking for leads.

"At this point, we're trying to locate the child. Some of these other issues are going to have to wait until we exhaust all the leads that we have, trying to find the child."

So far they say, they have caught the girl's mother in one lie after another.

"We went as far as to walk down the hallway in a building towards what she indicated would be her office and we got to the middle of the hallway and she said, 'I don't work here,'" according to Allen.

But they say these issues will have to wait until they find Caylee Marie, a search that only started once the girl's grandmother, Cindy Anthony got involved. But it was five weeks too late.

"Casey has not been anything more than a loving caring mother."

The two had been living with the grandmother until last month when Casey had "something to take care of.

Caylee's father reportedly was killed in an auto accident last year, but investigators say they're not sure about that.

Casey Marie Anthony was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of child neglect, providing false official statements and obstructing a criminal investigation.

An arrest report says during questioning, Anthony remained "stoic and monotone, did not cry or give any indication that she was legitimately worried about her child's safety."
