1) People don't misplace their children.
2) His comments mirror Jose Baez' to the letter.
3) He hasn't spoken to anyone BUT Baez, but he has formulated an opinion of innocence on Casey's part.

300 million people believe Casey did the unthinkable with and/or to her child. 5 people say the opposite, and yet those mere 5 get all self-righteous when asked to discuss the possibility of the death or underground sale of Caylee.

the anthony family are a bunch of stupids. the grandfather is showing he has a violent temper, the grandmother has proven she is a liar. casy learned to lie from her mother and lie to her father to avoid his explosive temper. and casy, it is said has a violent temper. so with that being said, casy hurt her little girl, it was not a accidentor she would have called 911. did it involve the pool, maybe. she buried the girl in the back yard, took a dip in the pool to clean herself. then at another time dug her up and took her else where. and i would not be surprised if cindy helped her. cindy and casy have a very strange relationship. If you are the police how do you work with someone like Casey? Casey has clearly detached herself from the truth and she does know the truth. Has she had a mental health evaluation? If she has why has this not been given to us by the media, everything else is. From day one Casey's conversations from jail, from cell phones etc. should have been kept silent from all of us. The grandparents should have been told to keep silent. Too much information is being allowed out. What kind of attorney is this! Casey needs to be told this is the deal tell us the truth or jail is your home! There is a saying Casey,"The truth will set you free!"

I think that the whole family is crazy and that the grandparents have something to do with the disappearances. I thought that it was pretty funny that the family wants a personal assistant. I think that it is about time for the whole damn family to open up.

I wish the media would leave the grandparents alone. I also have two granddaughters the same age - I do not know how they are making it day to day - hounding them constantly is not helping them, please put yourselves in their positions - all they care about now is finding Caylee, and that is all the media should be caring about also. Casey Anthony has redefined "irresponsible" when it comes to being a mother. She undeniably knows where the baby is and continues to act as if she hasn't a care in the world. If the child is found alive, she does not deserve custody. If the family posts bond, shame on all of them. If Casey was the least bit concerned she would be sharing EVERYTHING that she knew with all of the authorities - state and federal - to do everything necessary to ensure the safe return of her daughter. She is distant, cold, loveless and pathological. The nation should have no sympathy for her. She is the female equivalent of Scott Peterson.

I believe the relationship between Casey and her mother got heated and Casey took off with Caylee. She probably told her mother that she will never see Caylee again and after a month of trying to see the little girl, the grandmother was fed up and that's why she said, "I already gave you a month". I don't believe the grandmother has anything to do with anything. She's just a little wacky when it comes to the facts. I think the lies that Casey has told have caught up with her and now she is staying silent until she can figure out another lie to get her out of all the others. Who knows, Casey gets out, then miraculously there's Caylee. That might be the reason why she shows no emotion and was smirking when she was arrested. She knows Caylee is okay because she planned it.

Well, that's what I hope for. The smell of decomposition scares me, but dogs have been wrong in the past. Anyway, that's my idea.

By the way, did the police fingerprint the apartment where she alledgely dropped Caylee off at? I just moved out of those same apartments just before the 15th and that apartment definately did not have anyone living in it. I may be wrong, but I believe the previous tennant was evicted. I saw documents that appeared to be for eviction on the door back in Feb. (I thought this because the notices were there for awhile)

Could she have known that person and knew no one lived there, came up with this story and picked that apartment because she knew they would find no one???? Did they prove she had never been there? Why those apartments? She had to know someone...

I was wondering if she may have given her child for collateral to a loan shark or sold her child b/c her mother threatened to put her in jail for using her credit cards. If you listen to the 911 tape the mother calls and says she wants to report a child missing for 31 days. The operator asks her do you know who did and she said yes her daughter. Then she mentions the credit cards. And now shes in jail for those credit cards and keeping mum about it so her daughter doesnt get harmed or murdered for giving up the individual/s who has her daughter.

If Casey claims she can find Caylee if she is released from jail, what could it possibly hurt to release her, give her the benefit of the doubt and put "round the clock" surveillance on her? The police are really concerned about finding Caylee.....I THINK NOT!
Also, everyone nationwide knows the length of time it takes to get dna and hair results returned, where is that info?

I believe that Casey knows where this child is. I pray to God that the child isn't dead. Normally, I would already have a gut feeling about the child being dead. But, for some reason I don't have that feeling with this kid. I honestly believe the media makes things out to be worse than what they actually are. Nobody knows what happened except for Casey && God && whoever else was involved in her disappearance. I am just sick of the media rehashing out things that they've already covered. My friends kid came up missing from a babysitter @one point too; turned out that they bio father came && took the kid!! Well, what happened ?? My friend got arrested too.. but then they found out the truth! At one point a picture was shown of caylee with bruises on her face.The picture was taken with a camera phone.I dont understand why it takes so long to get the results back that were made from the stain in the car.It is obvious the poor child is dead.It appears she was buried in the back yard and then dug up. Its a sad story, and its starting to sound worse every day. If the tape really proves that the grandmother knew she was missing for 30 day, she too needs to be in jail.
With the missing kid, the stolen car and money, its beginning to sound like drugs are involved.

Casey is a drug addict or just crazy. She "got into" something awful and is trying to lie her way out. She manipulated her parents to buy her story, but the cops won't. You can tell from the grandmother's first call - upset, horrified and about to turn her daughter in. Then in the second call she has had time to back off her gut instinct and fall for her daughter's BS story. She doesn't want to believe her daughter is a monster. Cadaver dogs (2 of them)responded to the stinky trunk. It doesn't look good and she is wasting our time and money with this story. The grandparents better get used to it.

If they find the child, which is becoming less and less possible with each passing day...they should never let the mother even see her again.

This thing can go in a lot of directions. The odor in the car concerns me but it doesn't mean for sure it was Caylee. I hope it turns out to be a scenario in which the mother was defending herself and the baby and perhaps killed the person and now she is trying to cover it up. I just pray the child is found alive.
