Cindy Anthony says her daughter, Casey, is afraid to tell everything she knows about who has Caylee because she's in jail, but if she's released, she'll be much more forthcoming.

"All of her friends want to talk to her because they all think that they can get the information out of her," said Anthony.

She says she expects to see her daughter sometime this week for the first time since she was arrested.

"(The) first thing I'm going to do is hug her, tell her I love her and tell her I forgive her for anything," said Anthony.

But she says she's convinced that Casey left Caylee with a good person who feels that they're doing the right thing by keeping her.

"The only explanation is that she entrusted Caylee with someone that she trusted wholeheartedly and that Caylee trusted to take care of her," said Anthony. "That's why we believe that Caylee really is being taken care of physically, but emotionally, she's gotta be confused."
