You may remember him as the one who brought to life the loveable Winnie the Pooh and his ole pal Tigger. However, the man behind the beloved Disney characters, Jim Cummings, is now under fire, facing accusations of assault and animal cruelty from his ex wife, Stephanie.

In documents obtained by The Blast, Stephanie claims he physically, emotionally, and sexually abused her in various ways without her consent.

The details of the alleged encounters are too graphic to reveal on here, but you can read the documented findings here:

The two were married in 2001 and later split in 2011. Since then, they are currently fighting for custody of their two daughters, ages 14 and 11. Records from DCF in Los Angeles show that the case has been investigated and that they have been in contact with the two.

Jim has been the voice of Winnie since 1988, and has also voiced Darkwing Duck, Ray from the Princess and the Frog, and is the narrator for Epcot's Illuminations: Reflections of Earth. It was also announced that he would be the voice of Hondo Ohnaka for the upcoming Millenium Falcon Ride at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge at both Disneyland and Disney's Hollywood Studios. However, because of the recent accusations, whether or not his voice will appear in the ride once it opens remains to be seen.
