ORLANDO, Fla. — The City of Orlando is set to host a free electronic waste and textile recycling event Saturday, January 18, from 9:00am to 1:00pm at Lake Nona High School.
The event is for residents to safely and properly recycle electronics (i.e. computer monitors, televisions, and phones), textiles (i.e. clothing, shoes, and towels), and soft plastics (i.e. grocery bags, bubble wrap, and shipping envelopes).
On Saturday, January 18, Keep Orlando Beautiful will host a free curbside drop-off textile and electronic recycling event at Lake Nona High School.

This event will also accept soft plastics, such as grocery bags, to be dropped off.

City officials say non-Orlando residents are also welcome to drop items off for recycling.
