Why work for a ripped body when you can just buy one?

That’s the idea at one Bangkok hospital, anyway.

The surgery available in Thailand offers an “instant” six-pack procedure, for those that don’t want to work out.

In an interview with Coconuts Thailand, Masterpiece Hospital CEO and surgeon Raweewat "Sae" Maschamadol shared that they receive between 20 and 30 customers each year asking for six-pack surgery.

But unlike breast augmentation, these implants aren’t silicone.

The doctor “etches” out the abs by removing fat from around the abdomen area.

Raweewat says that it creates a more natural and long-lasting appearance as opposed to any fillers.

He also states that 90% of the people that elect for this surgery are actually fitness fanatics that just can’t reach that “shredded” goal.
