A leaked document reveals the CIA had knowledge of a Ukranian military plot to destroy the Nord Stream pipeline last September.

The file, which was one of the hundreds of classified documents leaked by Massachusetts Air National Guard member Jack Teixeira, alleges the Biden administration was informed of the plan by a European intelligence service three months prior to the attack.

President Joe Biden condemned the underwater bombing of the pipeline, calling it a “deliberate act of sabotage.”

Teixeira was arrested by federal agents on April 13 at his home in Dighton, Massachusetts in connection to the leaking of the documents on the chat platform Discord. He faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted.
