A Florida man who went viral for his forehead tattoo of the state has been arrested again.
Matthew Leatham, 24, first went viral last year when he called 911 for a ride home. His mug shot shows a black tattoo of the state of Florida squarely between his eyes. Leatham is now the star of another mug shot after allegedly getting into fight with a knife.
The face-tatted Florida man claims he was acting in self-defense. He’s being charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
