Florida’s most expensive home ever sells for nearly $140 million after less than 24-hours on the market

The most expensive house to ever sell in the state of Florida was on the market for less than 24-hours before a mysterious Russian buyer snapped it up for nearly $140 million cash, according to the New York Post.

The 21,000 square foot newly constructed mansion is located in Palm Beach, on property once owned by Former President Donald Trump.

The Post reports that in 2008, Russian oligarch Dmitry Rybolovlev bought Mr. Trump’s former home as well as three adjoining parcels.

He leveled them all and built the current mega-mansion as a ‘spec’ home designed by architect William M. Boyle of Boyle Architecture.

CLick here for the link to the listing on Realtor.com which notes the two-story home has nine bedrooms, 12 full bathrooms, and seven half-baths and comes with a 4-car garage, a guest house and a pool.

The annual taxes for the property according to the listing were $49,9741.00.
