Hamburg, NY — Many parts of Western New York south of Buffalo experienced a Tornado Warning Thursday, and a National Weather Service has confirmed two tornadoes hit the area. Other areas were under severe storm warnings. There were also reports of an EF-2 tornado touching down in the area of the Hamburg Fairgrounds.
A Kevin Karas shared the video below with us from Hamburg, which appears to show a vehicle actually being picked up by strong winds.
