Kevin James is moving from Los Angeles to Delray Beach, ironically not far from Kings Point!
The New York Post reports that the King of Queens star has purchased a 6-bedroom, 7-and-a-half bath beachfront estate that was on the market for a whopping $15.95 million.
The news outlet reports that the 55-year-old “scooped it up for $14 million” - not a bad deal.
