Hugh Jackman is being treated for skin cancer for the fourth time. His rep told Page Six on Monday.

"Hugh had a basal cell carcinoma removed this morning. This is a result from years of not wearing sunscreen."

Hugh's surgeon has already given him the "all clear."

The Wolverine star also addressed the news on Instagram writing, "An example of what happens when you don't wear sunscreen. Basal Cell. The mildest form of cancer but serious, nonetheless. PLEASE USE SUNSCREEN and get regular check-ups."
