A tailgate decal is raising a lot of eyebrows in Texas. The decal depicts a woman tied down in the bed of a pickup truck.

“I wasn’t expecting the reactions we got, nor do we condone this by any means,” said Brad Kolb, who owns Hornet Signs, a marketing and advertising company in Waco.

Kolb says the decal is an optical illusion and was put on an employee’s truck to gauge how realistic it looked.

"It was more or less something we put out there to see who noticed it,” he said.

Well, people have noticed and the decal has sparked a lot of controversy.

Kolb claims many people have called his store making threats and they've gotten a lot of negative publicity. That's why he says he's since ripped it off the truck, burned it and plans to donate $2,500 to the Advocacy Center for Crime Victims and Children in Waco.
