LAKE COUNTY, Fla. — Troopers in Lake County are investigating a deadly crash Wednesday morning.

The crash happened around 6:08 a.m. on County Road 42 east of State Road 19 in Altoona.
Troopers said the crash has both directions of CR-42 shut down in the area.
The crash involved three vehicles.
One of the drivers was killed in the crash, and the other two drivers were not taken to the hospital.
Troopers said the cause of the crash is under investigation.
