In Brevard County, we saw damage caused by powerful winds Sunday night.

The National Weather Service said it believes straight line winds may have flipped multiple RVS at the Sonrise Palms RV Park as one of the outer rainbands of Debby moved across the area with winds of 60 to 65 miles per hour.

Brevard County Sheriffs Office said one injury was reported.

Witnesses said a 99-year-old man is in the hospital when his RV flipped right onto his truck.

Josie Romine, an RV resident “When we got down the street, this side street, and we looked over and saw our RV. I literally ran out of the car while I was moving.”
