Disney World removes Bill Cosby statue

A bust of Bill Cosby was removed from Disney's Hollywood Studios late Tuesday night, following a change.org petition. The petition had gotten hundreds of signatures.

People wanted it removed because of the testimony released Monday in which Cosby admitted obtaining drugs to give to women for sex.

The bronze bust was part of Disney's Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame Plaza in the center of the theme park and includes such TV stars as Lucille Ball and Oprah Winfrey.

In 2005, Cosby admitted that, he got Quaaludes with the intent of giving them to women he wanted to have sex with, and that he gave the sedative to at least one woman and "other people," according to documents obtained Monday by The Associated Press.
