Three friends say they couldn’t help but scream when they reeled in a 13-foot long hammerhead shark off the beach at Sanibel Island.
According to WINK-TV, Cullem Guthrie, Maison Rosanti and Nick Mazari baited the giant creature with a stingray and caught it 200 yards off the shore.
“The rod I just dropped the bait for started screaming,” Rosanti told the station.
The trio recorded the encounter before releasing the beast in knee-deep water.
