Peter Sloan of Tampa wants $170 Million from William Shatner who he claims is his long lost father.

In the lawsuit, Sloan, 59, alleges the Star Trek star had a fling with his mother, but she did not tell the actor until years later. Sloan is demanding Shatner take a DNA test to prove he is the father.

The man claims Shatner once admitted he was Sloan’s father back in the eighties, but the actor’s representatives said he is “totally denying paternity at this point.”

Shatner reportedly believes the man is trying to make a claim to his fame; Sloan is also a local radio host who once tried to take on the name of Peter Shatner.

Sloan told the New York Post “I am William Shatner’s son, and I just wish he would acknowledge me.”
