ORLANDO, Fla. — News 96.5 WDBO has been reporting for months on the Packing District coming to Orlando and there is a public hearing scheduled for Wednesday night where officials will talk about proposed changes for two major roads located within the district.
Princeton Street and Orange Blossom Trail will serve as the main thoroughfares in and out of the Packing District and planners want to make what they're calling "Complete Streets" improvements.
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), the City of Orlando and Dr. Phillips, Inc. will host the meeting.
Citizens are encouraged to attend the meeting and to share their thoughts on changes they hope to see.
The meeting starts at 5:30 p.m. at the Northwest Neighborhood Center, located at 3955 W.D. Judge Drive.
