The Florida Highway Patrol is seeking witnesses after an accident involving an SUV, a bus and a semi truck shut down southbound John Young Parkway Tuesday afternoon.
Several other vehicles were also involved in the crash that happened during the noon hour at John Young Parkway and Central Florida Parkway, snarling afternoon traffic in a busy area east of SeaWorld.
We are told 8 people in all have been hurt and onw was transported to a hospital as a trama alert.
FHP identified the drivers as Christian Der Gual, 19, of Orlando; Douglas Haney of Orlando, Andrew Nelson, 32, of Celebration; Leon Jones, 70, of Orlando and Victor Silcott, 31.
Haney, a Mears bus driver, is in critical condition at ORMC.
Der Gual and Nelson are both in serious condition.
FHP is trying to determine exactly what direction each of vehicle was traveling when they crashed into each other.
