NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. — A ban on cigarette smoking and vaping is now in place for city parks in New Smyrna Beach.

Commissioners approved the ban Tuesday night.
Cigar smoking is exempt from the ban.
Anyone caught smoking or vaping could get a ticket and pay a fine.
