PICTURE: Burger King receipt calls grandma 'B**ch A** Ho'

Most of us realize that  fast food employees probably talk smack about customers behind their backs. But when what they're saying shows up on the receipt, that's another problem.

A grandmother in Virginia nearly ended up weeping into her Whopper after a Burger King employee called her and her daughter-in-law "bi**h a** hoes" on a receipt.

The customer, known as 'Miss Lorel' says the degrading name was more than an insult. She says it really hurt her.

She was so upset that she confronted the manager who apologized, but didn't refund her money. The franchise owner says he'll check surveillance tapes to figure out which employee broke grandma's heart.
