Roger the buff kangaroo is back and he's bigger than ever

Looks like Roger has been getting his swole on!

The super buff kangaroo became a viral sensation last year after being photographed crushing a metal bucket with his bare paws at The Kangaroo Sanctuary in Australia where he lives.

After a short social media hiatus, his muscular physique seems to have grown even more after the latest photo on the sanctuary's Facebook page shows even bigger biceps and bulging veins.

"After a summer break we reopened this week for our guided sunset tours. Here is Roger enjoying the attention of our visitors!" reads the caption posted on February 4.

Standing on four paws and flexing like an American Gladiator, Roger shows off his body to visitors to the sanctuary. According to the Daily Mail, to keep in shape, Roger trains in hand-to-hand combat, including daily kickboxing sessions.

The musclebound marsupial has come a long way since being picked up as a joey in 2006 from the side of the road next to his dead mother.

Sanctuary manager Chris 'Brolga' Barnes says you don't want to mess with "Big Red" but Roger does seem to have a sensitive side. He's often seen cuddling his two favorite stuffed toys: an Easter bunny and a Santa.
