School accidentally sends ‘whiner’s hurt feelings form’ to parents

A Delaware school is profusely apologizing after a staff member accidentally sent out a “hurt feelings” report for “whiners” to parents.

A Lombardy Elementary School apparently mistakenly attached the mocking form onto an email that detailed upcoming school events and news for student's parents.

The report states at the top that it’s meant to “assist whiners in documenting hurt feelings.”

It goes on to request, “tell us in your own sissy words how your feelings were hurt, as if anyone cared” and to state the name of the person that "hurt your pansy a** feelings.”

Then it asks for reasons for filing the report, such as “I am a crybaby,” “I have woman/man-like hormones,” and “two beers is not enough.”

It also inquires under “Injuries” if “you require[d] a tissue for tears?”

The principal of the elementary school sent out a recorded phone call apologizing for the mistaken attachment.

"The attachment was something that had been sent to them from a person external to the school," a spokesperson for the school explained, "It was not an official document of Lombardy Elementary or the Brandywine School District. This was an embarrassing mistake, but it was just that – a mistake. It should not have happened, and we apologize for the error."
