ORLANDO, Fla. — More than a dozen Lake Brantley High School seniors missed their prom and parents are demanding an apology from the school.

The principal claims some students didn’t buy tickets.
Another received an error message when buying a ticket and didn’t have a receipt.

One had their ticket canceled because they didn’t meet the requirements.
The students are upset with the school for not making more of an effort to help them.

“I missed a lot of memories and experiences that I will never have in my life,” said student Carly Quinn.
The school’s principal said every effort was made to find proof of purchase so that eligible students could attend.
