Orlando, Fla. — Following last week's new schedule which is featuring more mid-day time slots and late night trips, service is now open as part of the new southern expansion.
The expansion adds 17 more miles and four new station. These four stations are Meadow Woods in Orange County, Tupperware, as well as downtown Kissimmee and Poinciana. All four stations offer free parking to SunRail riders.
Trains will travel to the new stations this week as part of the break-in period, but no passengers will be on board for that portion of the route. Also, if you are traveling and want to bring a bicycle on board, bike tie-ups will be located on the first level of all passenger trains.
