Suspect named in thefts of manhole covers

We've learned that Polk County Detectives have named the man they say is responsible for stealing 167 manhole covers from the town of Poinciana.

The covers were stolen sometime between January 9th and January 23rd.

He allegedly stole more than $22,000 worth of the metal and then attempted to scrap it at secondhand dealers.

Fink is wanted on charges of grand theft, dealing in stolen property, and giving false information to a secondhand metal dealer.

These are all felony charges.
