Teen vandals strike 2 high schools

Suspected teen vandals at Lyman High School
WDBO has learned the crime spree of three high schoolers has been stopped after a series of school break-ins and area vandalism totaling more than $17,000 in damage between Lyman and Lake Brantley high schools.
We're told the work of Longwood and Altamonte Springs police helped nab the suspects which had both police departments touting their teamwork.

"When you can clear up five cases that have been sitting around for a while, everybody's pretty excited after that." said the arresting officer, Corporal Travis Grimm of Longwood Police. His department's work is much appreciated by Altamonte Springs Police in their search for vandals whose crime spree included trashing two high schools and an area park.

"Longwood made an arrest which turned us onto the possibility of them being involved in our burglaries." explained Altamonte Springs Officer Robert Pelton.

Anthony Louis Bell, Dennis Brian Fitzgerald and Hayden Mark Moran have all been charged with burglary, grand theft, and criminal mischief.

Corporal Grimm also tells us video surveillance from Lyman High School was a big part of the case. Lyman school staff helped police ID the alleged culprits.
