But tennis player Robin Haase does not grunt, and it cost him a point during a recent match!
See, Haase was playing Gonzalo Lama in the Prostejov Challenger recently, and fake grunted while volleying.
Lama, a long, loud grunter, was apparently frustrating Haase, so Haase fired back with his own, high-pitched shriek, subsequently losing himself a point.
In the video, you can see the judge end the volley and call the point to be awarded to Lama because of "hinderance", to Haase's dismay.
