Vet tech charged after slamming dog against wall

An Orange County veterinary technician, caught on camera almost nine months ago slamming a dog against a wall, has been charged with animal cruelty.

The video is graphic. It shows Stefanie Stasse swinging the small animal against the wall several times.

According to court documents, the state has tried to have a summons served on Stasse for months. She's since been fired from the emergency pet hospital, in Orlando.
