Orlando, Fla. — A Disney Cast member who has to deal with an angry guest is nothing new. However, one Tik Tok user captured video of one of those moments and has many people coming to the defense of the cast member.
The user “maddieisraddie” uploaded the video with the title “Karen freaks out at Disneyworld”, which shows a woman arguing with a cast member identified in the video as “Shawn” for allegedly moving her stroller at Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom.
One viewer writes “Cast members move strollers all the time- it’s their job to rearrange them so others can park their strollers. Another writes “If someone knows Shawn please let me know. I’d like to buy him dinner!”
