PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. — Florida Highway Patrol troopers said a man is facing charges after a wrong-way crash.

Troopers said a dash-cam video captured the violent crash on I-275 in Pinellas County.
The video shows the wrong-way driver appearing between traffic and crashing into another driver.
