What to know about the Puerto Rican parade in downtown Orlando

Orlando, Fla — The third annual Puerto Rican Parade and Festival will be held Saturday afternoon in downtown Orlando.

The parade will begin at noon from East Concord Street and North Orange Avenue and end at 1:30 in front of the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts.

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer will be the grand marshal of this year's parade.

Many of your favorite radio and TV personalities from Cox Media Group of Orlando will be on station floats and walking in the Parade.  This year’s hosts include channel 9 Eyewitness News anchors Nancy Alarez and Greg Warmoth.

Jorge Estevez and Power 95.3 morning co-host and IcFlorida host Estee Martin will be reporting from the parade route.

After the parade, a festival will be held from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Seneff Arts Plaza, where J Alvarez, Juan Luis Juancho, Nio García, Casper Mágico and Bobby Cruz will all perform.
