Orlando, Fla. — A multi-million dollar redevelopment project is being planned for the Winter Park Village shopping district.
Winter Park Village is located along U.S. 17/92 between Lee Road and Fairbanks Avenue.
Casto, the company that owns the property, is struggling to keep their current tenants while also trying to attract new ones.
Karen Moreno, owner of The Bar Method tells Fox 35 News the renovations will hopefully breathe new life into the area.
“They are going to be doing a facelift for Winter Park Village, which I have been a tenant here since 2011,” Moreno tells Fox 35. “I think it’s great timing.”
Developers say this will be the first major renovation since the mall opened 20 years ago.
