More than 20 colorful, comical sports team mascots including Stuff from the Orlando Magic, Kingston from Orlando City SC and Albert and Alberta from University of Florida drop into the Amway Center for the 23rd Mascot Games, Friday and Saturday. The whole family will get a kick out of the wild characters as they perform zany antics, bumble around and compete in hilarious events. Proceeds benefit New Hope for Kids.
Succulent seafood and summertime fun are in order at the inaugural Festival of the Sea, Saturday at Festival Park in Orlando. This ticketed event features a variety of seafood vendors, live music, arts & crafts, a beer & wine garden, and a fun-filled interactive play area for the kids. Non-seafood fare will also be available for the landlubbers in attendance.
