On Friday night, a tornado ripped through several states killing dozens of people and destroying communities.
Crews are searching to recover missing people in Kentucky, Arkansas, Illinois, Tennessee, Indiana, and Missouri. The state of Kentucky was hit the hardest.
Gov. Andy Beshear said this is the deadliest tornado Kentucky has ever had. The death toll could exceed 100 people.
“It is indescribable; the level of devastation is unlike anything I’ve ever seen,” Beshear said.

Blood donations are desperately needed to help save lives. The Red Cross said blood supply is dangerously low because of the pandemic. The Red Cross is also accepting $10 donations. Text “REDCROSS” to 90999 to donate.
The Salvation Army has requested money to help feed survivors and first responders. They’ve dispatched mobile kitchens.
