‘Rick and Morty’ co-creator Justin Roiland’s domestic violence case dismissed

The charges of domestic violence against “Rick and Morty” co-creator Justin Roiland has been dismissed, the Orange County, California, District Attorney’s Office announced on Wednesday, March 22.

There was not enough evidence against him.

“I have always known that these claims were false,” said Roiland on Twitter, confirming the dismissal.

Roiland was initially charged in May 2020 after what he calls an “embittered ex” tried to get him “canceled.”
