UPDATE:
ROBOGaige has done it!
The 10-year-old robot super hero helped the Orange County Sheriff's Office and the SWAT team in stopping a bad guy trying to rob one of our local banks.
We first heard about ROBOGaige when Chief John Mina put out a video calling for the super hero's help (see below.)
Later, Gaige answered the call and made his entrance in full robot costume, where Chief Mina swore him in.

He then was escorted by Orange County deputies in cars and on motorcycles, as well as the SWAT team, where he quickly apprehended the suspected robbing the bank.

The Orange County Sheriff’s Office will be getting help this morning to stop a ‘crime’ from an unlikely hero - a young boy robot.
As Chief John Mina explains in a video to Make-A-Wish recipient Gaige, "We received a tip about a bank robbery that is going to happen here. We don't know where. We don't know who."
Luckily, there will be a hero on the scene to keep Orange County safe - ROBOGaige.
Chief Mina continues, “But what I do know is this - I need your help. We need you here first thing on February 27. Our deputies needs you. Orange County needs you.”

The video ends with this message:
Make-A-Wish Central and Northern Florida is granting a 10-year-old boy's wish to be a Robot Super Hero. ROBOGaige will save the day on Thursday, February 27."
